Many people claim Theodora Antar is unstable. Perhaps she is. She makes assertions without evidence and prefers to incite conflict rather than seek allies.

She is annoyed that Frank Report did not report on a recent CT Supreme Court ruling concerning Margaret Sullivan.

Here is Antar’s latest.

“Funny how frank report never reports on things like this… i guess he only is interested in protecting pedophiles and child molesters. God forbid he print something that actually verifies and validates the legal arguments ive been making this entire time. Oh wait, that’s right, Matt lodice paid him thousands to shift the narrative.”

Matt Lodice is the father of one of Antar’s children. They are in a bitter custody dispute.

I spoke to him once on the phone, and I believe I talked to Antar twice. He has never paid me a dime. As for protecting pedophiles, I have never done that. I defend individuals falsely accused, like Steve Pigeon or Jerry Sandusky.

Frank Report correspondent Rich Luthmann asked Antar,:

“How are you doing? I heard you were spending the summer in Greece. Some were insinuating you were ‘fleeing the Connecticut jurisdiction.'”

Before I get to Antar’s answer to Luthmann, I will do a little punctuating for her. As you can see from the above, Antar either needs to learn how to use capital letters correctly, is too careless to bother, is creating a brand new, less readable style of writing, or perhaps has a keypad that does not have a working caps key. So, I made the responses by her below more readable by capitalizing words and putting in apostrophes where they belong.

Antar replied to Luthmann:

I haven’t seen or spoken to my kids in months, how do you think I’m doing? Not sure why you would think I was spending the summer in Greece. Seems like your friends have a vivid imagination. I live in Orange, where I lived since 2017. Unlike losers who live in mommy’s basement like Matthew Lodice, Ashley Gray, and Gerald Viglione.

I don’t care what Matthew Lodice and his little fuck buddies “insinuate.” They’re all trash.

I don’t pay attention to rumors because I have better things to worry about.

Sullivan Case

Antar then compares her case to Margaret Sullivan’s case. Sullivan won a victory in CT State Supreme Court, insofar as the Supreme Court decided that Judge Michael Albis now must decide when Sullivan can see her child, instead of just letting the father (and his hand-picked therapist whom the father pays) solely determine it.

Antar says her case is identical to Sullivan’s.

“I used identical arguments that she did. But she won and in mine, they didn’t even publish an opinion…. It shows proof of discrimination. She’s white, I’m middle eastern. She’s rich, I grew up in poverty. It helps prove my point that they are not applying the law to me, but pick and choose who they apply it to. It’s clear proof of corruption and fraud and discrimination.

I guess that’s how the world work. You have to be white, wealthy, or have connections to get anywhere in life. But I guess nobody has the balls to actually admit that.

Is Antar Non-White?

As a woman of Middle Eastern heritage, Antar is classified as “White” on the U.S. Census and other official forms. She may identify with another color, but that’s not how the law sees it.

As for Margaret Sullivan being wealthy, I doubt that is true. If she was wealthy, she would win in family court – white or black or brown or yellow or whatever other colors there are – if you are wealthy, you win in family court.

You merely retain a lawyer well-connected to the judge. Judges in family court are reappointed every seven years and depend on lawyers to lobby (and make donations) for them with the governor, the legislature, the judicial committee and other interested party bosses to ensure their reappointment.

 Sullivan represented herself pro se.

If Antar grew up poor, which may or may not be true, it might be because her father went to federal prison for 37 months for a scam in 2006-07 where he and two associates illegally obtained $4.8 million to purchase 21 properties in New Haven County.

Regardless, Antar complains she lost because she is poor and the world is against her because of her non-white appearance. And she has the photos to prove it, posted on her social media pages.

In the same email exchange, Antar wrote Luthmann:

“Your best friend who comments and promotes your publication 24/7 will be happy to see this too:”

Antar attached an application for a restraining order.

Luthmann asked

Who is my “best friend”? I only ask because I didn’t know I had one.

Antar replied:

Jennifer Millette Mortensen the one who’s comments you always approve on you website.

Luthmann

No idea who that is.

Antar:

Then why do u keep approving her comments about me?

Free Speech. The solution is not less speech, but more. No one’s right not to be offended trumps civil society’s right to the truth.

The woman Antar made an application for a restraining order (which was denied) is Jennifer Millette Mortensen. Antar’s claim is Mortensen is posting bad things about her, and she wants that stopped.

In her restraining order application, Antar asked a judge to order the First Amendment suspended in Mortensen’s case, so that she will stop posting her opinion about Antar. (antar however wants her own First Amendment rights protected so she can accuse anyone of anything without evidence.)
