As we await word from our correspondents in the court house for final word on the Raniere hearing today, we have learned that three new attorneys filed Notices of Appearance for Raniere: Jacob Kaplan, Teny Rose Geragos, and Marc A. Agnifilo.

These three are in addition to Albany attorney Paul DerOhannesian.

Marc Agnifilo, Esq. is Senior Litigation Counsel at the firm of Brafman & Associates located in New York City where he concentrates on complex criminal cases in state and federal courts and internal corporate investigations. Mr. Agnifilo was an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of New Jersey.

One sex offender attorney, and two financial crimes attorneys. They know what is coming. Who knows how much Nancy took from the house before it was raided, and lawyers can easily put cash in their IOLA accounts. The $ could have come from several places.

Teny Rose Geragos also works for Brafman. Brafman defended Martin Shkreli. Shkreli was looking at the possibility of 20 years for fraud, defense wanted 12-18 months, prosecutors wanted 15+ years, Judge sentenced him to 7 years, fined him $75K, and ordered him to forfeit $7.36 million in assets. Geragos's dad defended Chris Brown in his assault case. And Michael Jackson in his molestation case. Geragos went to NYU undergrad and Loyola in LA for law school. She had an extra fancy wedding in 2013 in Pasadena, where her dad works and she grew up. The reception took place in Geragos Hall. She is beautiful, and has curves, so hopefully Keith won't try to enslave her.

Hopefully, four high-powered attorneys about to be professionally embarrassed. I remember when the US justice system banged up Conrad Black, Lord Black no less! The UK press was stoked, because I doubt he would have received a custodial sentence here. I see Shkreli is also at MDC in the general pop. and that his nickname, far from being 'Doctor Death' or something fitting along those lines, is 'pharma bro' – who among the crims fraternity doesn't want to make a friend in Big Pharma? I'd love to think Keith will be given a chance to prove his theory about gang rape “If a rape victim has an orgasm, is it an act of consensual sex? ” but there's always the chance he'll be lauded for his enslaving tax-avoiding, actress-dogging, heiress-draining ways. What would lead to certain 'punishment' is that he raped little girls, acting as a 'teacher' to do that. He imprisoned an illegally imported Mexican girl, who didn't want to hack for him or sex him. He has trafficked a lot of Mexican girls who work in his pretentious nursery schools, but really it's the same-same – cheap Mexican child-care, no tax, pure exploitation.
